Mandarin Oriental the new Luxury Residences in Brickell, Miami

The luxury developer Swire Properties unveils plans for a contemporary Mandarin Oriental hotel and residential tower, replacing the current edifice on the island. They are famous for some of the popular buildings they’ve made in Miami Reach and Rise at Brickell City Centre, Asia, Carbonell, and the Tequesta Point buildings.

The Residences at Mandarin will stand tall at over 800 feet, offering 220 exquisite residences spanning two to four bedrooms, with floorplans stretching up to 4,700 square feet. Crowning the tower are two sprawling duplex penthouses, each spanning over 6,000 square feet.

In these luxury residences, you’ll notice the artistic influence of Parisian designer Tristan Auer, while the hotel’s inside will showcase the style of another Parisian designer, Laura Gonzalez. The landscape design for the area will be handled by Thai firm Shma, marking its first venture into the Miami market.
